Very safe and secure, unlike large retail stores with a pharmacy. Staff are kind and professional. I'm so glad I found this pharmacy, as I have many prescriptions to fill each month, and the efficiency of the staff and pharmacist allow me to worry less about keeping up with refills.

Small, independent pharmacies are very rare in today's corporate world. Bayview is like stepping back in time to a place where your pharmacist knows you on a first name basis, and genuinely cares about your health. The staff is very caring and very prompt with getting your scripts filled. Tired of waiting in lines at CVS or Walgreens? Go local, and go to Bayview.

An excellent pharmacy! The staff and pharmacist are personable and professional. Bayview SRC helped me find an essential RX that after searching for weeks all the other local chain pharmacies were unable to fill. Bayview SRC had the RX obtained and filled my prescription in a few hours and at a very reasonable price. It is a great pleasure and relief to find a hometown pharmacy that treats customers with care and has tremendous expertise. I highly recommend , they are the best around. Paul Melvin

The owner is all about making your business with him pleasurable. If you enjoy the "Leave it to Beaver" wholesomeness style of service, then this is the pharmacy for you. The whole staff there treat you like you're their best customer. They also deliver & price matches. This pharmacy absolutely offers the customer service, that has been long lost by our recent generations.

This Bayview SRC pharmacy people are the best people as far as I knew, because it is a family owned store, they great everyone like a family. It's not about just picking up medicines, they treat us like family and friends and they would give us best advise and keep track of our history. The best part is they have a delivery system and they are okey to deliver it any of our place. For my refiling, they call me confirm if I am meeting with my doctor and or there any changes. Thank you Bayview.

Quality customer service at it's finest! The employees in the pharmacy are extremely warm and welcoming. The entire staff makes you feel at home from the moment you walk in the door until the moment you leave. I have been with this pharmacy for well over 5 years, and I highly recommend this pharmacy for anyone who questions coming. I would never even consider switching to another one. This is by far the best pharmacy in Norfolk as far as effeciency and timing. I never have to wait long when receiving medications. Not to mention their impeccable customer service and how wonderful they treat customers. Five stars from me!!

I love Bayview Pharmacy! Donna is always so nice and the delivery man even paid for my moms meds what she was short one day (i of course paid him back) . This is the best pharmacy I’ve been to in the 757. The chain pharmacies don’t even compare to this one.

Such a considerate and professional staff. The delivery guy is helpful and prompt. I love the selection that is available and additional household items as well. They also have a CBD selection and great quality compression socks. They are a hard working group of people and communicate very well with their customers. If you have a special request with your medicine, they will assist you. I would recommend this pharmacy.

I cannot praise Bayview Pharmacy enough. My son is in cancer recovery and time and again, Bayview is there for us. Upon finding this great service, I've shared with so many others. Always have RX, no back and forth like big box pharmacies and ALWAYS so helpful and pleasant..especially Yasmine. Perfect customer service. And they deliver! Worth tipping delivery 😘 Bonnie Primm
